Mark is the Assistant Coordinator of the Chinese Carers Network which is one of the project managed by Merseyside Chinese Community Development Association (MCCDA). His work involves coordinating and developing the service for the elderly people of the Chinese community. Mark understands the needs of the community in particular social care and issues about Chinese families. He has been part of the working group of Liverpool Chinatown Chinese New Year Celebrations since 2005.
