Simon is Chair of LCBA since 2012. He has bee the Director for LCBA over a decade ago and he is very well-known in the Liverpool Chinese Community. Apart from running a busy Chinese cash and carry business in Chinatown more than 20 years, he has also been supporting many Chinese organisations in Liverpool by acting on a senior management role.

Wai Sang Wong

Wai Sang immigrated to the UK in the 1960’s and he has an excellent understanding of issues affecting Chinese in the UK. He started working in the Chinese catering industry, became self-employed and successfully operated his own Chinese restaurant in Manchester. He is well-known of his role as a businessman as well as an active member to support Chinese community development work. Wai Sang was one of the co-founders of the first Chinese language school in Manchester. In 1970s he moved to Liverpool and brought his knowledge and experience to the Liverpool Chinese Community. Wai Sang is one of the leading figures in the local Chinese Community and he is also Chair for the Che Kung Tong Chinese Association Chinese Association.
