The Liverpool Chinese Business Association is a voluntary organisation that promotes, encourages and supports the development of Chinese businesses, social enterprises and community groups in Merseyside.
Our primary purpose is to work to continually improve the economic, political and social environments in which the Liverpool Chinese business operates.
LCBA provides professional, practical, financial and technical advice to individuals (or organisations) with a BME background (particularly those who are Chinese). Objectives of the organisation are to capacity-build and improve the development of new and existing businesses run either in Chinatown or by Chinese people, creating employment and opportunities and to improve social cohesion amongst the various communities in the Liverpool City Region.

- Advocacy - working to shape public policy and political debate in those areas that directly affect the industry.
- Knowledge sharing - we assist members to improve their practices by collecting and sharing research, policy papers, case studies, polling data and analysis.
- Business support - we provide a information and advice for entrepreneurs, owner managers and the self employed who are starting or running a business with fewer than 10 staff and based in England.
- Events - we hold a number of events each year. These include policy seminars, capacity building sessions, networking and social events.
